Cancellation Policy

At Apartamentos Intercentro Algarrobo-Costa we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want you to clearly know our conditions should you need to cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both the guest and our organisation.

Below are the applicable retention percentages depending on when the cancellation of the booking is communicated:

• 5% of the deposit if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• 50% of the deposit if the cancellation is made 30 days or fewer but more than seven days in advance.
• 100% of the deposit if the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can handle your request efficiently.
